Things people ask.

What’s a zone pickup — do you come to my door?
Two fixed pickup corners per city, typically near major intersections covering most neighborhoods. You walk a short distance (usually under 5 minutes) to meet the van. Not true door-to-door, but much closer than driving to a bus terminal.
Why does the 7 AM run matter when Peter Pan starts at 11?
Peter Pan’s 11 AM is a mid-stop on a through-route from Providence — not designed for Fall River commuters. About 50% of Cape Cod’s workforce commutes from off-Cape, crossing the Bourne Bridge every morning. There is currently zero scheduled shuttle service before 11 AM on this corridor.
How do you avoid bridge traffic?
We schedule around the Bourne Bridge’s documented traffic patterns. The 7 AM inbound crosses before any backup builds. The noon outbound clears after the Saturday morning off-Cape rush, before Sunday afternoon starts. Friday PMs we shift to 4:30 PM to beat the inbound summer surge.
Can my employer pay for my pass?
Yes — and it’s tax-advantaged. Under IRS Section 132(f), employers can provide up to $340/month tax-free for vanpool transportation. Our $299 monthly pass fits entirely within that cap. We can provide an employer invoice and a one-pager explaining the benefit structure.
Will commuter rail ever replace this route?
The proposed Cape Cod feeder rail is still at the press-conference stage as of 2026 — no MBTA commitment, no funding, no timeline. Massachusetts public infrastructure projects of this type typically take 5–10+ years. We have a clear runway.
Can I bring luggage?
One carry-on per passenger at no charge. Oversized bags require advance notice. No bikes — we’re a 12-seat passenger van, not cargo.
